The Brookline Arts Center is pleased to present Unframed. This exhibition will present a selection of works on paper unframed, directly on the gallery walls to explore the materiality and diversity of the media. Removing the frame allows a more immediate and intimate interaction with the entirety of the work, and emphasizes the tactility of the material.

Unframed was juried by Joel Janowitz. Selected artists include Sandra BakerJessica Beck, Antonio Cardoso, Heidi Caswell ZanderDaniel FeldmanSarah FriedmanLisa GorenHillary IrvineAllison JanéLeonie Little-LexTed OllierPonnapa Prakkamakul, Elaine Sapochetti, Patty StoneEllen Stutman and Michael Yefko.
