The BAC believes the arts should be accessible to all!

Tuition assistance (or financial aid) for classes and workshops is available for all individuals and families throughout the year.

We are, additionally, proud to partner with the Mass Cultural Council's Card to Culture program β€“ in collaboration with the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program, and the Massachusetts Health Connector to allow participants to identify the amount they can contribute towards class tuition.

Did you know anyone with a Massachusetts-issued EBT card or MassWIC card, or a ConnectorCare Health Insurance card can get reduced or free admission into cultural organizations across the Commonwealth? Access the power of culture with your card.

Important Things to Note

Please allow up to six weeks for your application to be processed. Applications for financial aid will not be fulfilled less than a week before the session’s first class. Please note Scholarships for Ceramics & Jewelry are granted per individual once per fiscal year (September – August). Financial Aid does not apply to private lessons. Supporting Financial Aid
We believe that access to arts education and programming should be available to everyone. Annually, the BAC grants over $14,000 in financial aid. We need your help to continue and expand this program. If you would like to help by sponsoring an individual or family, please contact our office at 617-566-5715.

We currently are only accepting applicants for the Winter 2024 Session. Financial aid assistance only applies to seasonal classes, financial aid does not apply for private lessons.
